Welcome to the Absheron Palace Banquet Hall in Plymouth, Minnesota! In 1995, we came to the United States from Azerbaijan, one of the constituent republics of the Soviet Union between 1922 and 1991.  

Azerbaijan lies southwest of the Main Caucasian range, bordering on Turkey and Iran. On the east Azerbaijan is bounded by the Caspian Sea. The capital of Azerbaijan is Baku. It is a major port on the west coast of the Caspian Sea, in the southern part of the Absheron Peninsula. The name Absheron comes from the words 'ap shuran'. This means 'place of salty water' in an ancient Iranian Azeri language.

From the moment you arrive to our restaurant and are greeted with a smile by our Staff,  we will work diligently to provide you with the best dining experience possible. We offer a colorful combination of family style dishes – some traditional Azerbaijani, and some determined by years of Caucasian, Mediterranean, and Eastern European influence. Our live music weekends have always been a source of entertainment and excitement for our Guests.
